Mohmammed Latif failed to identify himself to police in Liverpool in February this year.

Wirral Magistrates’ Court found in August he had committed the offence while driving a Ford.

Following the outcome the 30-year-old was given a fine of £660.

The man from Waterloo Street in Oldham was also given six points on his licence.
