An Oldham teenager has admitted two counts of possessing offensive weapons and threatening behaviour.
Cameron Sykes pleaded guilty to three offences during a recent appearance at Tameside Magistrates’ Court.
The 18-year-old had a metal bar and a knife on Middleton Road in Oldham in November last year.
On the same day Sykes made threats of violence towards another person.
Following his guilty pleas the court determined the case was too serious for sentenced to be passed there.
The man from Partridge Way in Chadderton had his case sent to Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court, where Sykes will learn his sentence next month.
