A STOLEN car was recovered by Saddleworth police in Birmingham as part of efforts to reunite victims of crime with their goods.
In a Facebook post by GMP Saddleworth and Lees today, the force said: "The Saddleworth Neighbourhood team have been working tirelessly over recent months completing crime investigations in particular relating to robbery, burglary, vehicle crime and theft offences."
It added officers efforts had led to several people being charged, stating: "We are pleased to report that numerous items of property have been recovered and returned to their owners, for example a stolen motor vehicle located in Birmingham, a stolen pedal bike in Greenfield and also several items of jewellery which not only carry monetary value but are of great sentimental value."
