A MAN has been jailed for 14 weeks for going to the centre of Oldham.
Jason McTighe, 38, of Ashton Road, is banned from the town centre due to a criminal behaviour order made by Tameside Magistrates' Court in 2018.
But on Tuesday, September 28, he went to it 'without reasonable excuse'.

The following day, McTighe was convicted of breaching the criminal behaviour order – also at Tameside Magistrates' Court.
Magistrates sentenced him to 14 weeks in jail, as well as a fine of £128.
The sentence was made more severe as McTighe has been convicted of breaching the criminal behaviour order in the past.
