A MAN from Oldham is set to face court accused of two flashing offences on the same day.
Dylan Hardman, 24, of Wildmoor Avenue, is due at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
Hardman is accused of two counts of exposure – one in Ashton, one in Oldham – both on Tuesday last week.

Exposure is defined as exposing one's genitals intentionally, intending for someone to see them and to be caused alarm or distress.
The day after the alleged flashing offences, Hardman pleaded not guilty to both counts at a hearing at Tameside Magistrates' Court.
He remains in custody until the hearing at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court.
