A QUANTITY of drugs have been found after a "cloned" vehicle was stopped in Ashton on Wednesday night.

Police said that a vehicle was "driving at speed" on Oldham Road and the occupants tried to leave but a passenger left his ID behind in his "drug bag".

Officers found a man running across Aldi's car park soon afterwards, it was reported.

A man was arrested and the class A and B drugs were taken off the streets.
