TWO men have been charged with murder after the body of a missing man from Failsworth has been found.
Ashley Walsh was last seen on Kintore Walk in Collyhurst at around 11pm on Friday, January 7.
Police launched a search and a body, which has been formally identified as Ashley's, was found in a wooded area of Sandhills Park in Collyhurst.
Officers later found a body, which have since been formally identified as those of Ashley's, in a wooded area of Sandhills Park in Collyhurst.
Ashley's next of kins have been informed.
This morning, Tuesday, police have said Aaron Evitt, 33, of Brentnor Road, Moston, and Gerrard McGlacken, 45, of Kintore Walk, Collyhurst, have been charged with Ashley's murder.

They have been remanded in custody to appear at Manchester Magistrates' Court this morning.
A 30-year-old woman has also been arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice.
She has since been released on bail.
