A GREATER Manchester Police officer is set to face court charged with misconduct in a public office.
PC Shamraze Arshad is also charged with causing a computer to perform a function to secure or enable unauthorised access to a program or data, and of perverting the course of justice.
The 36-year-old, who works in the Greater Manchester Police City of Manchester district, is to set appear at Liverpool Magistrates' Court on May 26.
He has been suspended from duty since last summer.
The offences are alleged to have happened between August 2020 and August of last year.
