A truck was pulled over by police in Oldham last night, Wednesday, after it was reported a cement mixer was rolling around in the back of it.
A ticket was issued to the driver for having an unsafe load but police said he did not understand why the cement mixer rolling around was dangerous.
The location of where the incident happened in the borough has not been reported.
A Greater Manchester Police (GMP) spokesman added: "Ticket issued to driver due to unsafe load after found by GMP Transport Unit officers on patrol in Oldham tonight (Wednesday)."
