A CCTV image has been released by police of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the theft of flowers from Manchester’s Glade of Light memorial.
The memorial, located next to Manchester Cathedral, is dedicated to those who died following a bombing at Manchester Arena in 2017, including Royton mums Alison Howe and Lisa Lees.
The attack, which took place after an Ariana Grande concert, killed 22 people and left more than 1,000 injured.
