An array of apprenticeships are now available to apply for at Oldham Council.
The council has roles available in Marketing, IT, Accounting, Business Administration, Content Production, HR, and Project Management.
The apprenticeships are fixed term contracts and the salary ranges from £13,055 to £18,924, dependent on age.
Apprentices will work 36.66 hours per week and gain a qualification related to their role and valuable experience working within one of the council’s many teams, according to the Oldham Council website.
The roles on offer include seven admin apprentices, two information communications technicians, two digital marketer apprentices, an internal audit apprentice, a junior developer degree apprentice, a Get Oldham Working Higher apprentice, and a Children’s/Adults Social Care finance apprentice.
The role overview on the Oldham Council website reads: “We are looking to recruit a cohort of apprentices across the council, with a variety of roles available covering IT, Admin, Finance, Communications, amongst other areas too.
“As well as acquiring a qualification related to your role, you will also gain valuable experience working within one of the council’s many teams, working to support the borough and its residents.”
The closing date for applications is Wednesday, August 10.
