A man who was released from prison last month and has links to Oldham is wanted by police.
Ellis Rocks, from Wigan, was released from prison last month after he was jailed in May for criminal damage.
The 23-year-old was sentenced to four months and three days behind bars.
However, police are now appealing for the public’s help to trace Mr Rocks’ whereabouts now that he has been released.
Although the man is from Wigan, he is known to have links in the Wigan and Oldham areas of Greater Manchester.
In a social media post, a Greater Manchester Police Oldham spokesperson said: "WANTED.
"Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a wanted man from Wigan.
"Ellis Rocks (14/02/1999) was released from prison in July 2022 after being jailed in May 2022 for criminal damage.
"He received four months and three days imprisonment.
"Rocks is known to have links to the Wigan and Oldham areas of Greater Manchester.
"Anybody with information regarding the whereabouts of this person should contact GMP on 0161 856 3622 or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.”
