MORE names have been added to the line-up for this summer's Lytham Festival.

Scissor Sisters’ frontman Jake Shears, New York’s kings of cool Fun Lovin’ Criminals and singer songwriter of the moment Cat Burns are among the artists who will perform at Lancashire’s biggest live music festival which will rung from from Wednesday, June 28 to Sunday, July 2.

The Oldham Times: The Big Moon

Jamiroquai will headline the opening day of the festival and support will come from Stone Foundation, coming to Lytham as part of their 25th anniversary tour, Fun Lovin' Criminals and Jake Shears.

The Oldham Times: Cat Burns

Cat Burns, nominated for three Brit Awards in 2023, will support George Ezra who headlines on the Thursday. Other support revealed today are English indie rock band The Big Moon and Limerick-based three-piece outfit Kingfishr.

Indie-rock outfit Vivas are also announced as support for the double headlining final night of the festival featuring Def Leppard and Mötley Crüe. Vivas come from Def Leppard’s hometown of Sheffield.

Special guests and support artists for the headliner sets from Sting on Friday, June 30 and Lionel Richie on Saturday, July 1 have already been announced.

The Oldham Times: Blondie

Sting will be joined by special guests Blondie with support from Yorkshire’s indie heroes Kaiser Chiefs and rapidly rising Australian sibling trio Germein.

While the long-awaited headliner set from Lionel Richie will see support from award-winning hitmaker Gabrielle, British pop icon Kim Wilde and blues, soul and rock artist Kevin Davy White.
