More than 100 homes in Oldham are set to lose power next week due to work on cables in the area.

A power cut in Saddleworth is listed on Electricity North West's website for Tuesday (February 14).

According to the website, 138 addresses across several postcodes will be affected by the outage.

The power cut will not start before 9am, and will end before 5pm, according to Electricity North West.

The website reads: "We appreciate your patience while our engineers carry out a planned power cut in your area.

"This is to improve the reliability of your electricity supply and so our engineers can safely work on the cables that provide electricity to your home or business."
