A new shop has opened in Oldham town centre with a number of deals up for grabs.

Mobile Maestro, a mobile phone shop which specialises in phone repairs and unlocking services, had its grand opening on Saturday (April 29).

Sitting on George Street in the town centre, the store claims it can help with "any type of gadget or electronic device", including laptops and gaming consoles such as Xbox and Playstations.

"Come and meet the team to see what we're all about and what we can offer to the community", Mobile Maestro said in a post on social media.

Photographs of the shop show it also sells a range of accessories, including headphones and speakers, as well as buying and selling all kinds of phones.

Meanwhile, a live stream of the opening reveals the launch was a success with customers crammed inside the shop and queuing outside.

For the rest of May, the shop is also offering a 20 per cent discount to celebrate its opening and to entice new customers in.
