Greater Manchester Police is asking members of the public for help as it investigates a Chadderton burglary.

On Facebook, the force said it was looking for help to identify a man in a photograph in connection with a burglary.

The burglary was reported to have taken place between 2.46pm and 3.37pm on Chadderton’s Burnley Lane.

It’s not the only appeal for help the force has put out today, with police asking for help in finding a man on the run after a man allegedly tied up a victim and threatened them with an axe.

Anyone with information on the burglary has been asked to contact the Neighbourhood Crime Team on 0161 856 4521.
