Shocking video footage appears to show the moment an Amazon delivery driver crashed into a parked car and allegedly hit several others in Oldham over the weekend.

At approximately 6pm on Sunday (June 6), residents in Shaw filmed an Amazon delivery driver quickly reversing out of a street after reportedly "smashing loads of cars and vans".

A concerned resident, who captured the driver leaving the scene on camera, can be heard shouting at the driver and attempting to chase after him on foot.

The footage reveals the Amazon van looks dented and scratched at the rear, as well as the driver's side.

A second video posted by another resident shows another Amazon van, reportedly with the same registration plate, had reversed into her parked car.

The footage shows the van was reversing out of the road when it 'bumped' into the parked car.

Photographs of the black Audi show it sustained scrapes and damage to the rear of the car and its back bumper, allegedly as a result of the incident.

A third woman also claimed she witnessed the driver reversing and "smashing" into another car on Cape Gardens.

A fourth wrote: "The same thing happened to me outside my house in Shaw. My car [is] a write-off."

However, it is unclear if these two incidents relate to Amazon or the same delivery driver.

In response to the allegations, a spokesperson for Amazon said: "We have been made aware of the incident and are investigating."
