Delph Post Office has issued an update after it said parcels which were due to be delivered there earlier this week were not.
The post office parcels were due to be dropped off by Evri on Monday, ready for customers to collect.
However, the post office claimed they were 'taken to the wrong post office'.
In a statement released on social media, the post office said: "To all customers who were expecting their Evri parcels at the post office on Monday.
"Those parcels have been dropped off by the courier today after been taken to the wrong Post Office.
"After we chased Evri up regarding Monday’s parcel, they are now at the Post Office ready to collect.
"This only applies to all customers who have their parcels delivered to us."
An Evri spokesperson said: "We handle 730 million parcels a year and 99% are successfully delivered on time.
"We apologise that a small number of parcels were delivered to the wrong Post Office on this occasion.
"These were quickly collected, and all the parcels have been delivered to the correct Post Office for customers to collect."
