A canal-side property in Saddleworth will go under the hammer later this month.
The Transhipment Warehouse, a single-storey building on Wool Road in Dobcross is set to go under the hammer with Auction House Manchester.
It will be auctioned on Tuesday, October 21, with a guide price of £37,500-plus fees.
The leasehold property sits on the Huddersfield Narrow Canal and once served as a loading shed for Stonebottom Mill, part of the area’s industrial transport network.

James Pank, auctioneer at Auction House Manchester, said: "Though not formally listed, the warehouse holds great historic value and character.
"It also boasts exceptional waterside scenery, which both workers and holidaymakers could enjoy.
"With its unique position and distinctive structure, it would be a great fit for a business hunting for an office with a view or a boating enthusiast."
Goods were once transferred between the canal and the mill at the site, but the building fell into disuse after the decline of canal transport.
Its fortunes were revived by the Saddleworth Historical Society, which obtained grants for its restoration as a community facility.
The restoration work earned a Civic Trust commendation.

Since 2009, the warehouse has served as an office and meeting space for the Huddersfield Canal Society.
It is currently configured with an entrance hall, meeting room, office, kitchen and toilet.
The building is now being offered at auction with potential for continued use as an office or as a holiday let, subject to the necessary permissions.
The property features sliding doors that open directly onto the water, offering uninterrupted canal views.
It could also serve as a mooring base, though no current mooring rights are in place.
The Canal and River Trust’s Mooring Manager has informally advised that mooring rights could be granted, subject to a formal application and approval.
