A pub in Saddleworth has reopened under new owners and has already received some glowing reviews.
The Three Crowns in Saddleworth was listed on the brewery's website as needing new managers in September, and it is understood that the previous landlords left in January.
Since then, a new manager, Jodie Bennett, has taken over the venue and has reopened the pub with a fresh food menu.
The pub has opened following six weeks of preparation by Ms Bennett.
Posting to the pub's Facebook page, Ms Bennett announced the opening, which occurred on Friday (April 3).
The new menu was also revealed, with a range of options, from traditional dishes such as steak and ale rag pudding to more Mediterranean-style ox cheek ragu.
Posting on Easter Sunday (April 5), Ms Bennett said: "Happy Easter everyone, thank you to everyone who's been in to support us so far this weekend.
"Had some incredible feedback on the food so far!"

Several reviews have been posted which praise the pubs new menu.
One man, Darren Ratcliffe, said: "I went with a friend and my daughter tonight for the re-opening of the pub and I was not disappointed.
"I’ve not been to The Three Crowns for well over ten years, and after my visit tonight, I won’t leave it so long in the future.
"For an opening night, the service was great, and the food was spot on. The pub is lovely inside and has a warm feel to it. Good value for money too.
"The new head chef had come from Salt in Uppermill, who recently was awarded an AA Rosette, and the quality of the food can’t be argued with.
"They had a great gluten-free menu, and I didn’t feel like I was getting afterthoughts for dishes, which can happen."
Another reviewer, Andrew Thomas, said: "Had an absolutely brilliant Sunday lunch at the recently re-opened Three Crowns.
"Everything was very well cooked, and the roast beef with Yorkshire pudding, roasties, mash, carrots, greens, cauliflower cheese and gravy was one of the best Sunday lunches I’ve had for a long time, especially the beef.
"John Smith's was a great accompaniment.
"Equally as good starters and (enormous) puddings.
"Very friendly staff.
"Great to have a good local nearby.
"Will be back."
