Graduates are being offered a chance to wipe out their student overdraft.

The Black Friar gastropub in Salford is launching a prize draw where diners can win up to £1,500—simply by booking a graduation meal and quoting 'GRADUATION' when reserving.

All eligible bookings will be entered into the draw, with one winner selected on 1st July. The booking must be made in the graduate's name to qualify.

A spokesperson for The Black Friar said: "And that’s not all, all graduation bookings will receive happy hour priced drinks for the entire duration of the meal. Exclusive to graduates, the offer includes £4.50 pints, £7 cocktails and £17 selected wine bottles for the whole table."

The offer is valid for bookings throughout June, and graduates must quote GRADUATION in the booking comments to qualify.

The happy hour offer is valid for the entire table during the meal and guests must be dining.

The winner will receive a cash prize of up to £1,500 to help clear their student overdraft.

The Black Friar, known for its classic and contemporary menu under head chef Ben Chaplin, features popular pub favourites, including its signature pies and fish and chips.

The gastropub is spread across two refurbished floors.

The offer is available all day, Monday to Friday, during June.
