Oldham Bar Hop across 17 venues to return this month

Taking place on the last weekend of June, this is the second time the town-wide bar crawl will take place after a successful inaugural event in 2025.

This year there will be 17 different venues participating this year, according to the announcement post from the local nightlife guide Oldham By Night and the council.

According to the post, the event will include “great beer, live music, amazing food, giveaways, prizes, delicious cocktails and crackin’ offers!”

Residents will be encouraged to pick up a copy of the Oldham Bar Hop map and collect stamps from each venue for the chance to win some official event merchandise.

The map of venues is yet to be released, but it already sounds as though it will be bigger than last year when 14 venues participated.

These were: Bank Top Tavern, Molino Lounge, Whittles, Fox and Pine, George Tavern, Town Hall Tavern, Old Bank, Bees Knees, Up Steps Inn, Billington’s Tommyfield, The Egyptian Room, Ashton Arms, Liquid and Envy.

The event will be taking place on Saturday and Sunday, June 27 and 28, from 12pm til late.

More details about the event are expected to be released as it gets closer to the date.
