Staff at Royal Oldham Hospital are taking part in strike action in a dispute over overtime payments.
Employees at the Northern Care Alliance (NCA) NHS Foundation Trust are holding the 24-hour walkout, which begins at 7.30am on Friday (June 26).
Staff including nurses, clinical support workers, and housekeepers are taking part, with Royal Oldham set to be affected along with Salford Royal Hospital, Rochdale Infirmary, and Fairfield Hospital in Bury.

On today's strike action, the employees' union UNISON says the use of NHS Professionals, an outside agency, results in lower overtime rates for operating theatre staff, leaving some workers more than £80 out of pocket per shift.
Kevin Dolan, UNISON North West regional organiser, said: "Operating theatre staff won’t accept being underpaid for helping to cover staff shortages.
"Workers put in extra hours to help tackle waiting lists and ensure patients get the care they need.
"They deserve to be paid fairly for doing so."

UNISON has said if the row cannot be resolved, staff will also walk out for 48 hours beginning on Thursday, July 2.
The union added that in the recent strike ballot, 99 per cent of those who voted backed the strike action.
The NCA has said urgent and emergency care at its services will continue as normal, while some planned appointments and treatments may be delayed or rescheduled, with those affected set to be contacted directly.
GP and dental practices will stay open, but some may be affected if they host resident doctors, while mental health services will remain open and available.
A statement on the proposed industrial action on the NCA website urged patients to treat hospital staff with respect adding: "We understand this is a worrying and frustrating time for many patients and families.
"However, we ask everyone visiting our hospitals and community services to treat all colleagues with respect.
"We operate a zero tolerance approach to abuse, aggression or any unwanted behaviour towards colleagues, patients or people who use our services.
"Our teams are working extremely hard during this challenging period, and kindness and patience make a real difference."
Elsewhere, critical care staff at the NCA will take part in five days of striking next week, with the industrial action at Royal Oldham set to begin at 7.30am on Monday (June 29) until 7.29am on Saturday, July 4.
