The following cases involve people from Oldham or crimes committed in the borough which have been dealt with by the courts in the past fortnight.
An Oldham man has been left hundreds of pounds out of pocket after urinating in a police van.
Jason McDonald was in the rear cage of a police van in Rochdale on July 14 last year when he committed the offence.
At Manchester Magistrates' Court on Monday (July 20), the 31-year-old pleaded guilty to criminal damage and was sentenced.
McDonald, of Longfield Crescent, Oldham, was ordered to pay £200 in compensation for his offending.

A domestic abuser who drove a car he had taken without consent while he was disqualified has been sentenced.
Israr Hussain appeared at Manchester Magistrates' Court on July 17 having previously pleaded guilty to taking a motor vehicle without the owner's consent, driving whilst disqualified, driving without insurance and breaching a domestic abuse protection order (DAPO).
On January 27 this year, Hussain, of Edward Street, Oldham, took a BMW from Rochdale without the consent of the owner and drove on Daniel Fold.
This was despite the fact the 28-year-old was banned from driving and had no insurance.
On April 30 this year, Hussain breached a DAPO by entering Daniel Fold, which he was prohibited from doing.
Hussain was banned from driving for 28 months and was handed a community order requiring him to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work and to attend 26 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.
He was also ordered to pay court costs of £85.

A man who repeatedly breached a restraining order has been ordered to stop drinking alcohol by a court.
Stephen Rae committed harassment on five occasions by breaching the restraining order between July and November last year.
The breaches saw Rae, 46, entering a street he was banned from going to and sending WhatsApp messages to a woman.
Rae, of Oakworth Croft, Moorside, pleaded guilty to five counts of harassment and was sentenced at Tameside Magistrates' Court on July 20.
He was handed a community order requiring him to abstain from consuming alcohol for 90 days and to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work.
Rae was also ordered to attend 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.
