A new development is nearing completion in Oldham.
The homes are part of a £15.7 million scheme by First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) in partnership with the Vistry Group.
The properties are being built in Fitton Hill and are intended for social rent and shared ownership.
The development was recently praised by Emma Barton, Oldham Council’s deputy chief executive, during a visit to the site.
Ms Barton said: "I was incredibly impressed with everything I’ve seen and the quality that’s shining through.
"Just being able to see the space that's available to the families who are going to be taking up residence here is really great."
Located on Rosary Road, the scheme consists of 101 homes, most of which are designed for families.
The first phase of the project includes 29 three and four-bedroom properties.
These are being delivered on the site of the former Fitton Hill Secondary Modern School and are set for completion this summer.
The remaining 72 homes are nearby and are expected to be finished by winter 2027.
Mark Gifford, chief executive of FCHO, said: "Many thanks to Emma for taking the time to see what our partnership with Vistry at Fitton Hill is doing to help the housing crisis here in Oldham.

"We are committed to building at least 600 new homes over the next few years and we value our partnership with Oldham Council and Vistry as we ensure this ambition is met."
All homes for social rent are being allocated through Oldham Council’s housing register.
Each property achieves an Energy Performance Certificate ‘A’ rating and comes equipped with solar panels and electric vehicle charging points.

Homes available for shared ownership are being marketed under FCHO’s affordable home ownership brand, Fabric Living.
Ms Barton said the council was pleased that FCHO is delivering much-needed affordable family housing.
