'EARLY Bird' prices offering savings of up to £57 on turnstile admissions are a new feature of Oldham Rugby League Club's season-ticket structures ahead of the 2020 Betfred Championship campaign.

In categories covering adults and concessions (aged 65 and over), fans opting for 'Early Bird' tickets will get the equivalent of three free games out of the 13 home league matches, which, it was announced earlier today, are be played at Bower Fold, Stalybridge Celtic's home ground.

'Early Bird' runs to the end of November, after which a secondary scale of discounted tickets kicks in, running from the beginning of December to a few days before Christmas.

Adults and concessions buying in December will get the equivalent of two free matches.

All season tickets can be bought online from 9am tomorrow (Wednesday, November 6) and from 10am to 3pm in the Roughyeds office at the Vestacare Stadium each Monday, Wednesday and Friday, starting tomorrow and running to Friday, December 20.

Prices:

Early Bird (available in the office up to 3pm on November 29 and up to 11.59pm on November 30 online):

Seating – adult £190; concessions (65 and over) £170; junior (under-16) £40.

Standing – adult £170; concessions £150; junior £20.

Discounted tickets (available in office from December 2 to December 20 or online from midnight on December 1 until 11.59pm on December 22:

Seating – adult £209; concessions £187; junior £40.

Standing – adult £187; concession £165; junior £20.

Turnstile prices: seating, adults £19, concession £17, junior £5; standing, adults £17, concession £15, junior £2.

Office opening times are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 10am to 3pm.

Also available –

Car park pass for any home match during the 2020 season, £50.

Hospitality season ticket – adult £450, concession £400 (includes pre and post-match hospitality, car park, private pay bar, and presentations at every home game).

"Prices have gone up to put us basically in line with other Championship clubs," said chairman Chris Hamilton.

"Also to reflect the increased costs of competing in the Championship, both operational and extra costs incurred in moving grounds etcetera.

"It will also give us the best possible chance to compete and hold our own in a very strong and competitive Championship.

"The Early Bird and discounted ticket schemes are designed to encourage people to buy early and to take advantage of the best savings so they can watch good-quality Championship rugby at reasonable prices."
