CUP PROGRESS: Oldham boss Dino Maamria
OLDHAM Athletic will host Salford City or Burton Albion in the FA Cup second round.
Tonight's second round draw paired the Latics with either fellow League Two side Salford or League One Burton, those two sides needing a replay after a 1-1 draw in Salford at the weekend.
Whoever progresses, the Latics will be pleased to be at home as they look to make it through to the third round draw and a possible lucrative tie against a top-flight club.
Dino Maamria's side made it through to Round Two with a battling 2-1 win at non-league Gateshead yesterday thanks to goals from Filipe Morais and Jonny Smith.
The second-round clash will take place over the weekend of November 29-Dec 2.
