ROUGHYEDS have announced adult season ticket prices will be frozen for the upcoming 2024 season, writes Kasey Smith.

The tickets, which go on sale on December 11 and are based on 10 League One home games, as well as two home fixtures in the 1895 Cup, work out at £16.67 per game for adults, £11.67 for concessions with under-16s given free entry again.

With the club having recruited a strong championship squad, and brought in high-profile coach Sean Long – despite being in League One – Roughyeds are hoping to tempt fans new and old to Boundary Park.

The club also announced that prices across the board will be frozen again in 2025.

Commenting on the prices, Roughyeds chairman Bill Quinn said: “At last, we are in a position to get the season tickets and costs out to you.

“We’re all on this journey and we need all our fans, new and old, to get on board.

“We, as a board, are trying to rebuild this club and that does unfortunately come with costs, but we are trying to give you – the fans – a much improved match-day experience and a team to be proud of.”

The club also announced fans have the option of buying bronze, silver and gold packages which include benefits such as replica shirts, pie and peas hospitality and club shop discount.

On the day prices will rise from £16 to £20 for adults, £10 to £14 for concessions, with under-16s remaining free.

Pie and peas hospitality, on the day, will now cost £32 per head, up from £25 and concessions will now pay £26 and under-16s charged £12.

Roughyeds also revealed fans would be able to spread the costs over 9-month instalments.
