OLDHAM Athletic have been advised to make next weekend's home game with Bradford City all ticket.

Latics have seen a rise in home attendances, and with Bradford expected to travel in good numbers for this high-category fixture the Safety Advisory Group (SAG) and Greater Manchester Police (GMP) have recommended not operating a pay on the day option for the game on February 19 (kick-off 3pm).

Tickets are available to purchase online until 11.59pm the night before the game on February 18.

Tickets can also be bought in person from Oldham's ticket office, with the club opening later until 7pm on Thursday February 17 to accommodate supporters as a result of the change in information.

A club statement read: "Following discussions with the Safety Advisory Group (SAG) and Greater Manchester Police (GMP), the home fixture on Saturday 19 February (3pm KO) will be all-ticket with no pay on the day.

"With the game being classed as a high-category fixture with a large attendance expected, this is why these measures have been taken along with seats being blocked off in the corners of some stands.

"Tickets are available online until Friday 18 February at 11:59pm with sales also able to done in-person from the Ticket Office on the following dates and times below.

"Please note, it will also be open till 7pm on Thursday 17 February to help with this change in information.

"Unfortunately, both sets of supporters will be unable to buy tickets on the day of the game with Bradford being sent the full allocation for the Chadderton Road End in advance to sell from their end.

"Ticket collections will still be available on the day of the game from Boundary Park if bought in advance but the club would advise against this due to potential large queues.

"As a reminder, there will be strictly no sales at the Ticket Office window on that afternoon. Pre-bought online tickets can be scanned directly at the turnstile."

Tickets are priced £18 for adults, £8 over 65s and under 21s, £5 for U18s.

The ticket office, situated in the Main Stand on Furtherwood Road, will be open on Tuesday and Friday 10-4pm and from 10am to 7om on Thursday.
