A LITTERER from Oldham was fined more than £250 last week for dropping a plastic bag and cup.
Munawar Hussain, of Werneth Hall Road, dropped the bag and cup in Salford on December 1, 2020.
He was found guilty by Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court in his absence last week.
The magistrates sentenced Hussain to a fine totalling £254, including a £34 victim surcharge.
The fine must be paid in full before the end of next week.
